Howard
After building the chapel for his wife Donna as a 30th wedding anniversary present, Howard took on the role of officiating weddings to offer a simple, all inclusive package. He loves meeting and working with couples who love his venue as much as he and his wife do. His easy-going personality and charming humor will help you enjoy your wedding ceremony.
Howard’s title is a Minister. He is a nondenominational officiant who has both a religious and a nondenominational script ready for your ceremony.
Jeffrey
Even though he has officiated more than 1,000 weddings since the business stared, Jeffrey is best known for being featured on Netflix’s Love is Blind Season 2. His professionalism, sense of humor and attention to detail will help your wedding photos turn out beautifully.
Jeffrey’s title is a Minister. He is a nondenominational officiant who has both a religious and a nondenominational script ready for your ceremony.
Amanda
Mainly acting as Venue Manager, Amanda primarily officiates in the off season. She has worked at the venue for 7 years and officiated more than 50 weddings. She loves getting to celebrate with each and every couple, helping to make your special day special. Her patience, calm demeanor, and creative personalization will help your wedding day be both fun and memorable.

Howard and Donna fell in love in high school and married young. They did not have the opportunity to have the wedding of their dreams. After the chapel was built as a 30th wedding anniversary present from Howard to his wife, couples came knocking on their door, asking to get married in their backyard chapel. When the opportunity to host couple’s dream weddings presented itself, Chapel in the Pines was created. Thirty years and 2,500 weddings later, our services have expended. We take pride in providing simple, beautiful, affordable weddings with a supportive staff.
